The Geffen firm has a very experienced and empathetic team. When you work with this team you aren't just hiring agents, you're hiring partners to help you with your goals. This team led us through an extraordinary set of circumstances that were atypical that included Geffen leveraging their vast network of professionals and many years of expertise . I don't believe anyone but Geffen could handle the Probate sales we gave them. We had to do a soft remodel, trash out, extensive repairs/inspections, insurance claims etc. Highly recommend this firm for their dedication, passion, hard work, and adaptability.

I was a court-appointed trustee and had to sell a home that was part of the trust. The attorney that I was working with gave me a list of realtors to contact for the help with the sale of the property. After interviewing several realtors, Orit with Geffen Real Estate stood out above them all. Her cordiality, professionalism and attention to detail, while answering every question promptly and delivering on all of her promises makes her the only real estate agent as far as we are concerned and she got us almost twice as much as other agents said we would get for the sale of the home. She even informed our attorney of certain issues as it related to real estate and tenancy and that turned out well. I usually don't give five stars because it almost suggests perfection, but just so that you know, I didn't give her five stars - she earned them! I would highly recommend Orit to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

The agent we worked with at Geffen Real Estate was extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions. From start to finish, he walked us though each step. He gave his view points on each property which helped us greatly during a hot housing market. He never pressured us instead helped us to make a comfortable and independent decisions. The agent had excellent negotiating skills. He was quick to respond to our calls, texts, emails, and met deadlines. His service was above and beyond what we could ask for. Geffen Real Estate agents are super knowledgeable about the real estate market and the process. The agent genuinely gave us his feedback, pros, and cons, on each property during our house hunt. He was knowledgeable about the area that we were interested in. He was quick to identify issues of certain properties that we did not spot at all and gave us detailed explanations of why we should or should not buy them. He never forced a sale. He was transparent and helped us to make our decisions independently.
He was on it when we were ready to place offers. His process management, relationships with other professionals, negotiations during transactions, and ability to modify strategy were incredible. He connected us with the right professionals and service providers. He worked around the clock to answer our questions and was quick to respond to all our questions. He handled time-sensitive matters and deadlines incredibly well and walked us through every step of the real estate purchase process thoroughly.
